Merhaba (Hello)

Bilge Bayrak is an enamelist and metalsmith with a studio based in Istanbul, Turkey. Her pieces are mainly adorned with silver, often colored with enamel and gemstones, softened with all-natural fabrics. She uses silk, felt, along with hand woven wool and cotton.

Bilge is inspired by Ancient Greece, Mesopotamian and Anatolian folk art as well as portrayal of femininity throughout history. She loves to travel and seeks constant knowledge of current and past civilizations.
