Halcyon is a doorway, a portal, or an ancient tome – leading to the better times. It was created using Kazaziye – a historical jewelry technique, originally from the Caucasus Region (Black Sea and the Caspian Sea), and a local art of the Northern Turkish city of Trabzon.

The exact history of Kazaziye is not well-known, however it is said that this art was invented by Lydians in Mesopotamia around 2800 BC, and later spread North to Anatolia (Turkey).
